Construction update November
Over the past period we have been preparing and submitting the necessary permits in close coordination with the municipality . We are very pleased that the environmental permit has now been granted and only needs to become irrevocable.
There is also good news in the area of flora and fauna. The permit for the flora and fauna exemption has been granted and is irrevocable. The felling permit has also been submitted, but a number of objections have been received. We hope that it will be completed by the end of this year.
In addition, the construction permithas been granted and only needs to become irrevocable. This environmental permit is required for non-construction work in areas of special value, such as landscape, cultural-historical or archaeological value. Consider, for example, the digging of cables and pipes or the raising of land, which may otherwise conflict with the zoning plan or the requirements therein.

Finally, the municipality has issued a permit for the temporary use of the path at the street ("Kormelingbulten") as a driveway for part of the resort during construction. This permit, too, just needs to become irrevocable. We are closely monitoring all the steps and will respond immediately if anything is needed.

Groundwork
We are in the midst of infrastructure preparations. We are currently soliciting bids from experienced parties and selecting the best partners. Thus, as soon as the objections are settled, we can immediately start the necessary earthwork.
Discussions with Liander about the utilities have also started. The project and the work required are clear, allowing Liander to include this in their implementation planning.
A lot happens behind the scenes every day. We are in constant contact with the municipality, consultants and suppliers to get all the necessary permits in order. We are on top of things and carefully check every document and drawing. This is how we build step by step a resort that is right in terms of experience, management and sustainability. You will soon see the result outside; we are arranging the basics now.
Sales are going well
Sales are going positively. All 'Beach Cube' homes in phase 1 are already sold out. The popular 'Villa Sunset' homes are already about 60% sold and several homes of the 'Nature Lodge' have also been sold. In total, we are heading towards 50% sold in phase 1. Once the permits are irrevocable, we expect this to give an additional boost to sales. Then we can start the construction work. In the meantime, we continue to talk to interested parties and schedule viewings and advisory meetings.
