Construction update March 

In the middle of the Zeeland countryside, Resort Knuitershoek is taking shape. Over the past few weeks, a lot of work has gone into the realization of this beautiful holiday resort, and the developments are happening rapidly. From luxury homes to a natural swimming pond, everything is being prepared for an unforgettable experience.

Swimming pond under construction

Construction of the swimming pond started in week 12. First, the pond was drained and pond liner was installed, then the filter zone and plants on the bank were installed. This ecological swimming pond will be a focal point of relaxation and the enjoyment of nature. If everything goes according to plan, you will be able to enjoy a refreshing dip in the clear water starting by the end of May 2025.

Luxury homes in the final phase

The completion of the holiday homes is steadily progressing. Starting in week 13, the kitchens will be installed, with which the homes are gradually taking their final shape. Furthermore, from week 15 the residential preparation of the resort will commence. This means landscaping the patios and adding beautiful plantings to the area, giving the resort a natural and attractive look.

Creative solutions to delays

One minor stumbling block is the connection to water and electricity: although the grid operator had promised to do this, it appears that this has been delayed. Consequently, a temporary water and electrical line will be installed between week 13 and week 18 so that the progress of the resort will not be jeopardized.

Completion on the horizon!

The homes are expected to be completed in week 21, provided everything goes according to schedule. Buyers will be notified no later than two weeks in advance so they can prepare for the key exchange and their first stay in their new property.
