Our holiday homes are designed to give you a true sense of home, with plenty of space to enjoy time together and to retreat when you need a moment to yourself. From a cosy living room overlooking the greenery to long evenings on your private terrace, you’ll find the peace and freedom to make the most of your leisure time, exactly as you wish.

Depending on the type of property, you can choose from a range of wellness options, such as a sunshower, hot tub and outdoor shower. Sustainability also plays an important role at HUB Resorts. Our holiday villas are gas-free and fully electric, featuring a heat pump and solar panels. This allows you to combine comfortable living with a focus on the future.

What happens when you’re not there?

A second home should above all be a source of enjoyment. That’s why it’s reassuring to know that the management and maintenance of your holiday home are also taken care of. HUB Resorts offers professional support with property management and maintenance. This allows you to focus on what matters most to you: enjoying your free time, spending quality time together and exploring the surrounding area.

Four steps to your second home:

    1. Orientation Phase

    We believe in a personal approach and are committed to meeting all your needs. Have you found a holiday home that appeals to you? We’ll be happy to send you the brochure, with no obligation!

    2. Viewing

    After that, we’ll schedule an appointment and would be happy to give you a tour of the resort and show you the lots. We’ll also show you detailed scale models and beautiful renderings.

    3. The Purchase Agreement

    Have you decided to go ahead with the purchase? Great! We can put you in touch with a mortgage advisor who will guide you through the entire process. 



    4. The Conclusion

    Once the agreements are in place, we’ll refer you to our regular notary, and you’ll then be invited to the closing. After that, you can really start enjoying your investment!
