We proudly present Waterresort De Fontein. This water resort, which is located in beautiful Eibergen in the multi-faceted Achterhoek region, has everything you demand from a luxurious vacation home. From the stylish architecture to the idyllic waterside location, De Fontein will become an exceptional experience for both visitors and investors.
Phase 1
Three different types of high-grade recreation homes at resort De Fontain are available to buy in phase 1.
They all are sustainable wood frame buildings, off the gas grid, have heat pumps and solar panels, are properly insulated, and meet current home requirements.
All of the accommodations are built on spacious plots (private land) and all have a unique view from the porch.
Construction will start in 2025. The campsite will gradually make space for more than a hundred recreation homes; optionally with or without a wellness area and varying in size and style.
