After a beautiful and inspired presentation by Herber Blokland, director of HUB, we were quickly convinced of the unique possibilities of this Eco-project. As a landlord, everything is taken care of by HUB. They truly do manage everything. As an owner/user, we can start enjoying a home with a beautiful design that meets environmentally friendly applications and is therefore almost CO2 neutral.

The eco-resort is fully equipped and beautifully located. It is located on the edge of a Unesco-recognized nature reserve of 6000 ha where there are many opportunities for hilking and cycling. Convinced of this unique opportunity, we can hardly wait until the planned completion date.

I came across this beautiful project on the internet.

We attended an open day in October and came into contact with Herber. Things moved quickly after that. We were convinced by the beautiful location and the explanation of the carefree concept really appealed to us.

What we really liked was that the lots were already plotted. This way, you can get a good idea of where the houses will be located. This, together with the available model, helped enormously in the purchase of our plot.

The communication was very pleasant and smooth.
