In this March edition, we take you through the current on-site activities: from the completed tree felling at Waterresort De Fontein and the ready-to-go foundations at Resort Knuitershoek, to the start of the landscaping and greening phase at Resort Drentse Weelde.
Resort Drentse Weelde
The construction site of Resort Drentse Weelde is buzzing with activity. Every day, the team works tirelessly to complete the finishing of the holiday homes, with a focus on quality and craftsmanship. With spring's arrival, a new phase begins for the park’s appearance: as of this month, we have officially started the landscaping. The combination of sleek interior finishes and fresh outdoor planting ensures the park becomes more beautiful and vibrant by the day.
Waterresort De Fontein
The transformation of Waterresort De Fontein is in full swing! The tree felling for phases 1, 2, and 3 has been successfully completed, making the stunning contours of the park and the surrounding water truly visible. We have immediately moved on to the next crucial step: installing the utilities for all three phases. Interest is high and sales are moving fast. The Beach Cubes are now completely sold out, and only a few Villa Sunsets and Nature Lodges remain in phase 1. Grasp this opportunity now, as the waterfront views reveal themselves in all their glory this spring!

Resort Knuitershoek
At Resort Knuitershoek, we are currently putting the finishing touches on the project. The four foundations are now in place, ready for the start of construction, a significant milestone in the development. It is clear that the park is a hit: thanks in part to the massive rental success during the World Cycling Championships, bookings for the upcoming holiday periods and the summer are already filling up fast. While our landscapers apply the final touches to the gardens outside, we are gearing up for a vibrant holiday season in beautiful, green surroundings.
